Childhood Falls Handouts

Our Falls Prevention Committee is arranging to be a part of the pre-school screening events hosted by community health, primary care, public health, therapies and the school division. We have been able to get a lot of handouts on seniors' falls to pass out to the general public, but I am struggling to find similiar resources for childhood falls. Does anyone know of a few places where I could request some from? Thanks.
