Who plans to attend the 5th Canadian Fall Prevention Conference: Connecting Communities: Fall Prevention Across the Lifespan in Saskatoon, Sk on June 14-16th?

Posted March 4, 2020

Hi Everyone!

Curious who plans to attend the upcoming June 14-16th fall prevention conference, considering that there will be a focus on fall and injury prevention across the lifespan. This means there will be topics of interest from early childhood to older adults. We know that children under the age of six years, and older adults, are more likely than any other age group to be seriously injured as a result of a fall. So--this is a great opportunity to connect and collaborate here, with others focused on children as well.

I also noticed that Dr. Mariana Brussoni, a developmental pyschologist and Associate Professor in the Department of Pediatrics and the School of Population and Public Health at the University of British Columbia will be a keynote speaker on risky play.
