Survey on childhood falls indicators

A collaborative group of researchers from York University and Public Health Ontario, funded by a grant from the Ontario Neurotrauma Foundation are conducting a study of Childhood Fall Prevention Indicators in Ontario. As a stakeholder in childhood fall prevention, we are asking you to tell us what childhood fall prevention indicators you report on in your work.


Your contribution will help inform the development of a priority list of indicators for childhood falls prevention in Ontario.
