Fall Prevention Month 2019, Activity implementation: Finding Hazards in the Home - YouTube -

I recently came across this webinar that outlines a home safety device kits program in London. I am looking to explore the possibility of implementing this program within my community. I am wondering if anybody knows of any health units that have successfully implemented this program and if so if they would be willing to discuss further.
