Seeking information on fall related injuries from different heights

Hello everyone! 

I am new to this group and recently started working in a child injury prevention role with IWK Child Safety Link. I have been looking for information regarding the seriousness of falls and related injuries from different heights. It has been difficult to find information that is generalizable to families and caregivers. The only statement I could find is that children under 5 should not be near heights 1.5m or higher. 

We are hoping to include any information related to this in a Safety at Home: Fall Prevention toolkit. I wanted to see if anyone had any information to share on this topic or could direct me to any resources. I I have seen documents regarding car seat safety and driving speeds, so I wanted to see if there was anything comparable regarding falls.
