How to respond if your child has a fall

Hello! I received a request from content developers of a new website called Healthy Parenting Winnipeg. They were asking about standard messaging with respect to if a child does have a fall, what a parent, caregiver, guardian, family member, etc., should do. On pages related to falls, they wanted to include the same standard message at the end of end page. They were thinking of including; call HealthLinks, visit Children's ED, call 911, etc., but wondered if there was anything else? The second question they had was with respect to how a parent knows when they should be concerned, assuming that any fall from a height for a newborn should be assessed. They are asking for wording. Do you have anything to recommend?
